  • advising a client on the applicability of the Russian oil spill response plan requirements to foreign-flagged vessels owned by a foreign company; 

  • advising on legality of the requirement of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation that a separate subsoil use license be obtained for reinjection of cuttings and drilling muds back into the subsoil.
