Zhanna Radmaeva specializes in international maritime law and insurance (P&I, H&M), and has seven years of work experience as Counsel of the Legal Department of “FESCO” – a major shipping company, which has offices in many countries and transports different types of cargo worldwide. At FESCO Ms. Radmaeva has successfully handled and supervised multimillion dollar cases and claims in various jurisdictions of the world, specialized in international and English maritime law and insurance, international litigation and arbitration, including arbitration in London, and was involved in drafting and negotiation of major international contracts and agreements with non-Russian business partners governed by international, English and American law.

   

Zhanna Radmaeva has significant experience in litigation in Russian arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction of different levels on various types of claims. As Senior Counsel of the logistic company of “SOLLERS” Group, Ms. Radmaeva provided complete legal support to the company in its daily operations connected with multimodal transportation of cargo from Asia to Russia and vice versa, port operations, container terminal operations, construction projects, land related issues, as well as on matters involving corporate, administrative and labor law.
